Educator Training Initiative for Teachers

The Envision Teacher Residency provides aspiring educators with hands-on classroom experience, graduate coursework, and mentorship from expert teachers.

Residents spend a full year learning side-by-side with mentor educators — building strong instructional skills and deep understanding of equity-driven teaching.
