Key Programs and Initiatives

Envision Education implements creative and effective programs and initiatives to prepare our students for college success.  We are grateful to the many supporters who make these programs possible for Envision students. Below are some of the programs that ensure our students receive a robust and meaningful educational experience as they prepare for college:

Read Right:

A critical literacy intervention program that brings entering 9th graders up from well below grade levels in reading in one year

Blended Learning:

All Envision Schools provide a blended learning program for 9th grade Algebra courses in which the teachers use technology and online resources to enhance their curriculum and make the coursework more relevant for students.

College Spring SAT Test Prep:

All 11th grade students at Envision receive extensive SAT preparation through our partner, College Spring.

College-Going Culture:

We work hard at Envision to create a culture and a desire to attend and succeed in college, through dedicated college advisors at each school and yearly trips for all students to tour nearby college campuses.

Our generous contributors also help us to provide things like literacy tutors, teacher professional development, school buses, and technology and science lab equipment, all of which contribute to transforming the lives of our students in ways that would not be possible absent this support.
